Mentorship has taken different forms throughout history and across cultures, but the common thread is a connection in which two individuals see an opportunity for learning. Although the desire to help others is universal, participation is often held back by the perception that mentorship requires a lifelong commitment.
Penguin helped Trinity College School introduce a signature initiative for its 150th anniversary, designing a program that allows participants to connect without obligation. A short film reframes the concept of mentorship through an alum’s work on Hockey Night in Canada.
